S. Cramer Lewis

Biography:

Cramer Lewis is a civil litigator that practices in the areas of personal injury, construction, eminent domain, medical malpractice, and civil rights litigation.

At DAS Law Group, Cramer has substantial experience helping clients navigate complex legal issues involving catastrophic injuries and death, insurance disputes, business disputes, car accidents, dog bites, eminent domain takings, the mistreatment of prisoners and pretrial detainees, and more. Cramer is no stranger to the court room and has tried civil jury cases, including to favorable verdict, regularly argues civil motions in superior court and Federal District Court, and has argued in front of the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Cramer is dedicated to obtaining results for clients whether by negotiated settlement or by pursuing a judgment.

Cramer graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a competing member of the National Trial Team and sat on the Moot Court Board. During law school, Cramer received the award for the Best Brief in the Edwin M. Stanley Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Cramer earned the top grade in several courses including Secured Transactions, Mass Media, and Negotiation.
